Winter Parking
No vehicles shall be parked on any street in the Village of Cedar Grove between the hours of 2:00 am and 6:00 am from December 1 until April 1 of each year. This restriction is necessary to accommodate snow plowing and snow removal equipment. Failure to comply will result in a $20.00 fine from the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Department. Fines may be paid at the Village office. If fines are not paid by the due date, a County traffic citation will be issued.
Shoveling Sidewalks & Snow Removal
According to Public Works Ordinance 8.09, all sidewalks must be cleared of snow and ice within 24 hours after a snowfall.
Snow Deposit in Streets is Prohibited
There shall be no shoveling or blowing of snow from sidewalks or driveways into the Village streets.
Violations are subject to penalty/fine by the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Department.
Branch Pick-up & Chipping
Branch pick-up begins in April each year. Branches will be chipped by the Village DPW personnel every Monday from April 1 to October 31 (weather permitting). Have all branches at the curb by 6:30AM on Mondays.
Christmas tree pickup will be every Monday in January.
